Onsite Managed Services
Freeport Technologies offers a variety of managed services which can be customized to meet specific client needs. Freeport can provide full or part time onsite personnel to facilitate, maintain and service audio visual systems including all associated infrastructure and IT related products (collaboration servers, management applications, firewall traversal and security, video content management).
Onsite services include setting up presentations and conference calls for meetings, preventative maintenance checks and balances, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and end user training. Freeport also provides Help Desk and monitoring support services to our clients who need remote assistance.
